Which option (dividend option or growth?) to select when invest in MF?

It depends upon your requirement. If you have no need of money in short term than go for growth otherwise go for dividend.

I personaly go for Dividend in Tax saving MF.

I would go for dividend option. You will get money when ever MF declare dividend. And you can invest it again depends on the options available. So go for dividend option.
