I am Best. I have taken ICICI Lombard health policy in Feb' 2009. Policy Cover started in 20th Feb' 2009. But I have not received any policy document. After calling Customer Care so many times, they have sent policy on my mail id but not a hard copy of it. later on they have sent the hard copy by courier. But still I have not received it. Whenever I contact to ICICI Lombard Customer care, I got the reply that they don't have the courier contact no.
- What should I do know?
- Will the claim would be processed on email copy?
