Question about study material editions for LOMA

Hi,

I am preparing for LOMA 280 and 290.I wanted to know if there is a huge difference between the book published in 2004 and the one in 2008.
Can I follow the old edition for the current exam?

Please give suggestions.

Complete all the questions of TPG supplied for LOMA 280.
Plus the PPTs. (that would cover almost 60%...questions are very easy.)
