If your trading volume is very less and just wanted to have some learning then go for ICICI- Its very easy to operate (but very slow some time)
If you are day trader or volume is good than go with IndiaBulls there opening charges are around 750/- for life time and Brokerage 0.25 paise for delivery.

My Vote Goes to Sharekhan. (Only if you don't bother about your RM)
You can love India Bulls or hate India Bulls but cannot ignore India Bulls.
