Want to change the Policy Holder Name

Hi,

I have a LIC policy. but in the Policy only my first name is there and my complete name is not there. Can any one tell me the procedure to change the name and address present in the Policy.

Write a letter to the branch manager with the proof of new name and address attached alongwith the proposal must be mentioing your complete name.

Get the correction done on your policy document too.

The process is simple just attach your legal name change document and write an aplication to the branch manager with original policy document.
