Laminated NSC certificates - How to cash?

I have by mistake laminated the NSC certificates and not its not going off.
Without signing NSC claim cant be done.

What i should do in such case??

Best way for you is take a photocopy of your NSC certificate and then say that you lost your NSC certificate and apply for duplicate NSC certificate.
