Whether Service Tax+ Stamp duty is also considered for tax exemption under 80D for Medicalim Policy?

My mediclaim policy premium consists of Premium + Service Tax+ Stamp duty. I have a query - what is considered for tax exemption, out of the below combination:

1- Premium + Service Tax + Stamp duty
or
2- Premium + Service Tax

or
3- Only Premium
