Online Term Plan - Which one is better in terms of service and cliam ration (Aviva or Aegon)?

I am planning to take online term plan and have chosen Aegon religare for 40 years term for SI of 1Cr. I need your suggestion about the company service and claim ration.

Which one is better in terms of service and cliam ration (Aviva or Aegon)?
