Which Travel Insurance plan to buy for Internaltional Student?

My brother is going to UK for study soon and I am looking for an insurance plan that would be accepted at University there. I am looking for the plan which is compliant with International insurance standards. Please suggest.

Most of the student travel insurance policies issued in India are well accepted in USA or UK or other countries.
