More premium demanded

My health insurance company is asking for Rs 2000 extra to renew the policy saying that premium rates have gone up. This is the second claim-free year of the policy and last year also they demanded extra premium but settled for the original premium after I complained.

What shall I do in this case?

It's on the insurance company, they can increase rates as and when they feel the need. Each insurance provider check his complete portfolio and then increase the rate. You can use your past method (complain) or you also can try Health Insurance Portability option, if you are not happy with the increase.

I also had a bad experience with Reliance.

If you are happy with your insurance company other then rate increase, I would suggest talk to them if they again reduce your premium.
