Business Visit / Family Visit - Do I need to buy individual travel insurance?

Recently I have gone to Singapore on Business Visit and have travel insurance valid till now. Now I have a weekend plan to visit Singapore again for Family Visit. Do I need to buy individual travel insurance?

You can visit on business travel insurance no issues.

I won't feel that you can use business travel insurance for personal purpose. The insurer would deny the claim because it is the prerequisite of the insurance that you would only use this for business trips.
