Default Driving licence for LMV - Will the Insurance Co. have to pay compensation?

If a driver who is possessing licence to drive Light motor vehicle (upto 4 wheeler) drove a tempo and met with an accident. Will the Insurance Co. have to pay compensation?

You need to have valid driving licence and in above case because the driver is not having proper licence so the insurance co. won't pay the compensation.

A person holding a licence for Car only is not eligible for driving the tempo. Insurance company shall reject the claim and shall do rightly so.
