I would stick to maximum five funds at a time, so please reduce it to five.
Birla Sun Life Dividend Yield Plus - Rating - 4 Star Risk; Risk - Low; Return - Above Avg.
Fidelity Equity - Rating - 4 Star ; Risk - Below Avg.; Return - Above Avg.
Fidelity India Special Situations - Rating - 4 Star; Risk - Above Avg.; Return - Above Avg.
Sundaram Select Midcap Reg - Rating - 4 Star; Risk - Avg.; Return - Above Avg.
Risk factor check above. Exit Reliance Small Cap

I would recommend exit SBI Magnum tax gain and Reliance Small Cap.
Can Enter for ELSS -
1- Canara Robeco Equity Tax Saver
2- HDFC Taxsaver
As your existing portfolio is more inclined towards the small cap, you can pick following funds -
1- DSPBR Micro Cap Reg
2- HDFC Mid-Cap Opportunities
3- ICICI Prudential Discovery Inst I
