I have bought a flat in the outskirts of NCR in Greater Noida. Do I need to buy home insurance for a vacant locked house?

There is high risk of earth quake in NCR (Zone IV) and fire risk is very big. Your flat might catch fire from nearby flat. So take insurance and enjoy.
