I had a Maruti 800 car, fitted with CNG. It was insured with Bajaj Allianz for last three years. On 27th Oct 2010, while I was on my way back home the car got fire. The car got totally damaged. I took my car to an authorised dealer and submitted required documents with FIR. The surveyor told me that," We will deduct Rs. 15,000/- to 20,000/- out of
the total amount which you will have to bear". I asked him why is that, as my car is fully insured for total amount of Rs. 1,50,000/-. Then why the Rs. 15,000/- to 20,000/-amount is to be deducted by the Insurance company. Why the full amount has not been paid to me?
