HDFC Policy not received?
I am a HDFC credit card holder. I have received a call from HDFC Standard life people have called me for regarding Health Insurance policy and convinced me on one HDFC health policy. I have said yes to them and the premium amount got deducted but I did not receive any policy documents as on date. As per the terms and conditions of the policy the customer can cancel the policy within 15 days of receiving the original documents. What to do now?

15 day period would start only after you receive the policy. As you have paid by credit card, call the customer care and tell them about the above problem with the CC reference no.
