How can I ask my insurance company to convert my paper-based policy to a digitally signed one? And is it possible to receive such insurance policy in an email?

If you buy online policy like iterm from Aegon Religare, you can take online policy and keep it as you want. I am afraid for others this facility is not possible.

If you already have the policy, just scan it and keep it what ever way you want. In case of claim if you have the photocopy that will also work.
