How to change the bank account details for LIC Policy?

I want to change the bank account of my LIC policy (from which the money is deducted every month), I want to know the process?

To change the bank details:
1- Download / Print / Fill ECS Mandate Form
2- Duly attested ECS Mandate Form by the bank
3- Submit the attested ECS Mandate Form to LIC and a copy to Bank also.

Please note that the change request is to be given to the respective service branch only.
