How to sell other Pvt Insurance Co products?

Passed IRDA exam on 30th Oct 2020. Working with kotak Life insurance and finding difficult to sell their products in comparison to LIC, SBI, ICICI pru because it looks that have relatively better products.

Pl suggest ways how can sell other company products also or change to another insurance company ie ICICI Pru.

Transfer of ICICI Pro Agent's licence -
- Resign from your present company
- Apply for NOC from present company (this will be issued with in 90 days after your resignation and request for NOC)
- Apply to IRDA for new licence with copy of above letters
