NSC redemption problem

I have purchase 8 nos. of NSC in January' 2011
All of them matured in January' 2017
I purchased them in Raipur (Chhattisgarh)
Submitted them for redemption in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) Post Office
They returned after 8 months without any suitable reply
Now living in Bhubaneswar
Running after Bhubaneswar Head Post Office.
they have sent to all details to Raipur Head Post Office.
Still not got my money.
Please suggest solution.

You will have to submit SB-10 (B) form to transfer the account.
