I have a Tata - Indica and same is insured with TATA-AIG. The car met with an accident. But to my surprise, TATA-AIG had rejected my Tata Indica claim saying that it's running as a commercial cab and you took a personal car insurance. But I am using it for my personal use.
Is there any way to show it that it's has been used as personal vehicle?

I would ask the insurance company - why they are saying that it's running as a commercial cab? Let they provide you the appropriate document to prove it. If they not, go to court or lodge a complaint with IRDA.

They told me that surveyor told them.

First lodge a complain with insurance company > Not happy > Then to IRDA > Not happy > Then go to court.
