The coverage is very limited with Credit Card and if you are planning to go to USA, please take a separate travel insurance cover. Otherwise you end up paying lots of $$, in case of any disease or mishap.

Free Credit Card travel insurance provides only limited basic cover. You ought to buy travel insurance of proven company with good cover.

I also think it needs some inspection?What card are you using?Read the details about it.If you need something like like comprehensive cover I think you have to buy a new one.
