Is there any minimum salary requirements from Punjab National Bank that monthly take home salary should be this much?

Is there any minimum salary requirements from Punjab National Bank that monthly take home salary should be this much? I am looking to buy Maruti Wagon - R. Normally banks give 50% loan on the take home salary, if no other loan has been taken on the salary. Maruti Suzuki WagonR LX – 3,22,000/-. Check with the duration and EMI.
