How to change my developement officer?

I am working as an agent. I am looking to change my developent officer beacuse I live in taluka place from which I could not get proper guidence, so please tell me -
1- Can I change my DO?
2- If yes, what is the procedure for the same?
3- Or shall I take another new agency in the name of my wife under another DO?

I had asked this query to too many people but no one guide me correctly so please tell me the way out.

You can take another agency in your wife name.

It is not possible. You can do one thing discuss doubt with other agents or get info online, its not very tough initially. But I am sure you will pick it up.
