Reliance Mutual Fund is looking for Manager/Sr Manager Legal-experienced professional with 5-7 years exp for our Legal function.The incumbent shud have previous exp of handling advisory related assignments, ability to judicially balance legal and commercial risks,shud have excellent drafting & interpretation skills.The incumbent will have to do legal & regulatory analysis of high value equity & debt investments transactions and draft legal documents like debenture subscription agreements,shareholder agreements, trust deeds etc.
