Designation Claims Manager
Job Description
- Processing & settling claims
- Visiting loss sites along with the surveyors for major losses.
- Coordinating with clients and surveyors for quicker disposal of claims.
- Furnishing Claims experience to underwriters on monthly basis
- Conducting quarterly meetings with service providers viz. TPA’s, Surveyors, Investigators and advocates for efficient claims management.
- Auditing of claims (Health & Travel) processed by Third Party Administrators.
- Giving presentations to clients with respect to various Insurance products, claims management etc.
- Coordinating with various other departments such as Underwriting, Operations and Marketing for smoother & hassle free disposal of claims.
Desired Profile
MBA with 4 to 6 years of experience in General Insurance having good experience in Claims Management
